Today's Hawaiian word of the day is about change - and finding comfort in the midst of it.

I have been traveling for almost 2 weeks. One of the things I like to do when I am on the road staying in different places and being out of my normal routine, is find something that centers me, that grounds me, in the midst of all this change.
