Here's a wonderful summer rerun episode for you. One of the cool things about replaying old episodes, is that we get to re-encode them in a larger size and more formats!
Meet my friend Nani as she plays the ʻukulele and sings for us today on Beach Walks.
I've seen her on the beach often, and of course we've had our friendly local hellos. But I did not realize she sings and plays the 'uke so nicely and that she is a volunteer caretaker for the Mokulua Islands (until this episode...). This is true Hawaiiana; I hope you enjoy it!
Hawaiian Word:
Nani: beauty

That was wondeful Nani! Thank you (and for taking care of the islands).
That was a nice ending shot of the white lab being guided in the water.

Rox and Nani,
What a beautiful gift you gave me to end this overly hectic day. Much mahalo!

What a great episode!
So wonderful to revisit that experience as the temps reached over 100 dry and dusty degrees here in New Mexico today.

SCM,
Since we've been corresponding for a couple of years, we really do have to schedule some face time! How long will you be in New Mexico?
