We had a few tape malfunctions today, so went back out at sunset for a lovely walk at Kawainui Marsh. It's one of my favorite places after the beach. I've been dealing with resistance on several fronts, and I have come to really appreciate as a very efficient tool for finding ways of being stronger and clearer. Resistance may be irritating in the moment, but it's really useful.

Hello Rox,
interestingly enough, in one of my other lifetimes as a school librarian, I used two games for students to use their library skills. One was Looks for Books and the other was. . . yep, you guessed it . . . Find My Spine! Not any relation to to the topic of the day, but it did remind me of a wonderful time in my life that still brings a grin to my face and a tingle to my heart. . .
Until that time. . . Earl J.
