I cannot stop watching this episode! It was shot by moi, on the little Sanyo Xacti, there are water drops on the lens, it is a little over-exposed and a lot shaky, and of course I wanted more shots. But there was magic on the beach with Lexi this day. Then I heard this beautiful song on Dave's Lounge #106 and I had to put these ingredients together. Sometimes the energy is so much more than the technique - this is true for me, today.
This episode is dedicated to each of you loyal viewers, who so generously receive whatever we share, who shower us with love and affection, who even travel all the way from Canada (and soon from the UK I hope) and share some of your precious vacation time with us.
I don't know how to thank the Shanghai Restoration Project featuring Di Johnston for this beautiful song. I already purchased two copies of the album on iTunes. I hope you will purchase their music to encourage more of this in our world. As for Dave, I have listened to his podcast from the first episode, and he stands in rare company to have been so focused from the start, and he only gets better.

I don't know how you do it, but every time my "to do" list resembles a roll of toilet paper Beach Walks sends a calming, soothing energy to help me keep everything in perspective!

That one brought waves of emotion from somewhere I wasn't even aware of. Beauty, peace, family and watching Lexi, pure nirvana. Thank you so much for just being you, all of you.

Music is so powerful and is truly the universal language. This one is for Lexi as we share her moment...ever loyal, loving, trusting, and conveying the sense that all is well. From a dog's perspective, she picks up the inflections of the voices, as we're doing, without necessarily hearing what Shane or Barbara are discussing. To Lexi - and us - it doesn't matter, so in a way this seems to capture life from HER perspective -- and I can't get enough of it either! Mahalo for sharing this wonderful piece with us.

Gawjus.
Really well done. Made me feel so serene, especially the sound of the water lapping around your feet at the end.
Too bad we missed you and Shane by just a day in Florida. But see? We're getting closer.

Like Luci above, whenever I think "this isn't much..." you guys come back with different opinions. I am beginning to understand the underlying threads of energy that stream through beach walks, and that are not always evident by watching a single episode here or there.
The day was spectacular and I am so happy we could share it with you, even though the tools we used were very basic and the cameraman (moi!) was rather parkinsonian at times.

[...] The best thing I like about “Beach Walks” is the dog, Lexie. How can you not love that dog? She’s awesome! I’ve always wanted a dog that wasn’t scared of the water and would play in the surf. I also like how Rox brings Hawaii into my computer through her vlog. I briefly lived in Hawaii and I’ve always planned on moving back. [...]
