If you have been watching Beach Walks for a while, you know I care about using language carefully - as it can really pack a lot of energy behind the words. We often say "we" when we mean "you" or "I" and there are many variations. Check out Grammar Girl's Podcast and new book. Watch this episode to learn a powerful secret for using language effectively from Liz Strauss of Successful Blog.

    Hi Rox,
    What a nice suprise to wake up to this morning! Great to see you and thanks for the shout!

    Hi,

    I just thought I would let you know that the show's Feedburner RSS feed appears to be pointing to Friday's episode for today's episode. So the enclosure tag in what is supposed to be today's episode (item tag) has Friday's MP4 URL repeated instead of todays:

    I ended up watching to show on your website instead, so no biggie for me, but thought I would mention it.

    Thanks,
    Susan

    @Liz - My pleasure!

    @Susan Potter - Thank you. Susan had also emailed us and Shane fixed that error of mine!

    Hi, Rox.

    Thanks for mentioning Grammar Girl! I'm hoping it works out for me to stop by Hawaii too.
